An informal, private introduction to wine, designed for those who want to discover the basics without feeling overwhelmed by technical language. The experience begins with a short walk through Bologna's historic centre before moving to a selected local wine bar, where we'll taste three wines from Emilia-Romagna. From the territory to the glass, you'll learn how to approach a wine, what to look for when tasting it and how to recognise some of the characteristics that make the wines of this region distinctive.
Your guide is Filippo Manaresi, DipWSET and Wine Educator, who will introduce the wines, their grape varieties and the traditions behind them, adapting the conversation to your level and interests. No previous wine knowledge is required. Just bring your curiosity and enjoy the journey.
