Two hours to discover Bologna through wine, with time to taste, explore and enjoy the experience. The experience begins in Bologna's historic centre, where a short walk introduces you to the area and its wine culture. From there, we'll visit a selection of local wine bars and venues chosen for their quality and their atmosphere. Along the way, you'll taste four wines from the Colli Bolognesi, while discovering the grape varieties, producers and characteristics that make this area unique.
The experience is run by Filippo Manaresi, DipWSET and Wine Educator, who adapts the conversation to the group's interests and level of wine knowledge, leaving plenty of room for questions and discussion. An experience for those who want to discover the wines of Bologna without rushing and without formality, through the pleasure of tasting and exploring the local wine culture.
